When i decided to sign the lease, I was moving to Montreal so I was only able to see the building/unit over facetime. When I arrived, both the building & unit was clearly in a bad shape, and much of the amenities were either not working or in dire need of an update. Since then, the living situation has improved dramatically - a new manager took charge of the situation and now everything has been corrected up to the standards. I took one star off for having to live in a construction site for almost 2 years in the beginning, but its been fantastic since then.

Great building. Management is always on top of everything that needs to be done. Mr.Sergue does a great job, as a tenant I feel heard, safe and at home. Can't ask for more.
