        image Capreit do not really care about the difficaulities and problem we have! Cookroaches, unfunctional elevators, dirty shared spaces, old and stinky units, ... the office is not friendly at all! They close our tickets without even taking any action! I have open tickets from long times ago...What is worse is that they ask 500 CAD for lease transfer without giving any bill or explanation for that, which is completely illegal!
