I had the pleasure of meeting with Michelle Deniscourt when looking for a new home. She was incredibly personable, fun, and made the entire process easy. Her input and expertise was more than helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and found the place that suits me best. She is extremely kind and professional, and I can't thank her enough for making this process as best as a moving process can be. The renovated units are beautiful, and the building has a very good energy. Already you can tell the neighbours are happy and content. As an animal lover and advocate, the fact that they openly welcome pets warms my heart and they have community bulletins and encourage photo ops with pets on holidays which is really fun. Thank you for welcoming animals! So far my experience here has been wonderful, the office staff is kind and accommodating, and again a special thanks to Michelle for going above and beyond for me. Great thanks to Jennifer, the customer service coordinator. We moved from other province and knew nothing about the neighbourhood. With her patience and expertise, we soon narrowed down the list and didn't have to shop around. She made the process simple and easy, and we appreciated her patience and timely responses to our inquiries.

I had the good fortune of meeting Jennifer Muir from CLV while searching for an apartment to rent in Montreal. Jennifer showed me a few places and I was able to find an apartment that I really liked. Fast forward a year later, I needed a bigger place but was in between jobs so could not show much in terms of income. Jennifer coordinated with CLV so that they would consider my rent paid history at the first property and made sure I got this lovely apartment at 5025 Clanranald after putting down a security deposit. Jennifer has been super patient showing me places, is always on time and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartments themselves are beautiful, have been well provided for in terms of amenities and there's good energy in them (if you believe in such things). I have come to love Montreal. For a city with such a long winter, I don't think I would have loved it nearly as much if my living situation wasn't this good. Thank you again Jennifer!
