I have been living here for over a year now and can honestly say it is my favourite apartment bar none. Every member of staff I've had dealings with have been exceptional. They're timely in addressing repairs and have even brought up packages for me if I'm away. The building may be older, but everything is kept clean in good repair, and the apartments along with the balconies are HUGE; which feature the nicest views Mount Royal and the Plateau have to offer. There is a sense of community and trust here that's rare; thank you Alex and team for a great place to call home!

It's an older building, sure. There are a couple of small problems that pop up from time to time but in my experience the building management was prompt and flexible with repairs and for most dealings. The rent is reasonable and the balconies are INCREDIBLE. The view is amazing looking east and the dpanneur in the basement is very convenient (despite their very limited stock). The gym is a bit weak but it does the trick. I'd move in again. Huge shout out to the handyman Vladimir, he is very friendly and added some sunshine into my day on many occaisions.
