Weve been living here since July 2019 and after 3 years we enjoy living here. The management and staff on site are very kind and helpful. We do not hear any neighbours nor the street when the windows are closed. The building is super clean and extremely well kept by Sergio. He is fantastic. One of our cabinet door broke and it got fixed very quickly. I guess the only issue is that the AC could be more powerful as it can get warm in the summer. On the bright side you do not need to turn on the heater at all during the winter. Our experience living here has been a pleasure.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I moved here in 2020 when the building was owned by Stanford group. I had absolutely no issues. The concierge Sergio was amazing and all problems were resolved quickly and in a timely manner. A couple months ago, the building was bought by Centurion. Since then, there has been so many problems its difficult to keep up. Flooding, no access to water for over 24 hours, dirty recycling room with flies everywhere, insufficient recycling bins, improper communication, privacy breaches, ants, stolen packages etc. The new owners took over aggressively and wanted a 4% increase in rent for the new lease. Needless to say I will not re-sign.They do not care whatsoever about their current tenants. Please avoid this building at all costs! The free month is not worth it.
