        IF YOU ARE EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDERING RENTING FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE THINK TWICE. THEY PREY ON STUDENTS. They are owned by Cogir, a large residence corporation that will not hesitate to scam, sue and make your life miserable. Several times during the night (around 2am), you are awakened by sirens that would go off, literally traumatizing me to this day if I were to hear something remotely close to it. Mold found in several areas, appartments broken into on a normal basis and much more. This is on top of the management that will greet you with a smile and stick a knife in your back - untrustworthy. Please stay away from this place and anything Cogir touches.
