        The apartments are in poor condition and they want to do renovations at the cost of those renting their apartments.

        Building itself is nice, nice location. However, the front office people are super lazy. They would put the sign "open" on but will never be there. They basically go there to put the sign on/off and that is all about their presence. it always takes me weeks if not days to ask them or get something from them.
