Emails are going unanswered. Since new management it has been awful and we have lived here 5 years now... We have emailed them about multiple issues: -Tub peeling/cracked -Dishwasher not working -Vent in bathroom not working This is unacceptable.

The worst residence in Montreal. I have been living here for almost two years. For 6 months, we lived with a broken window and whenever we followed up they said they ordered the new one but they haven't received it yet. You can figure out our situation during this period from the uploaded photos. They leave emails without answer. There is no direct phone number to call them. They break the rules easily without any fear. Last week they sent a lease renewal with 11% increase!! and when we asked the reason they did not answer our email!!! We are still waiting for them to call us and discuss the rent. The lease agent is the most impolite and annoying person I have ever seen in my life. Beside this, she keeps making mistakes in a way that only has advantage for the company. So you should always track her activities to make sure that you are in a safe situation with no loss. All in all, there is a lot of unfairness and harassment in their system. You can not live in your rented apartment peacefully even for one day, because there is always some thing on the table to suffer from. I don't want even open the pool issue and long renovation processes taking place here. On top of all of these, they are very impolite, cool and not ashamed of their performance!! By the way I gave one star because it does not let me post my comment without any star! And Finally, I know someone is going to come and reply my comment with very polite sentences and thank me for sharing my feedback and then ask me to send my feedback to an email address to handle and solve my problem in a better way but non of them are going to happen!!!

Please read it carefully I lived there for about 17 months, they are NOT responsible people who manage this building, the renovation process takes more than 1 year(adding the GYM and renovate the pool, pool still off!), they just increase the rent without any services, the first month when I moved there I asked them(over the phone and by email) to just replace the refrigerator door magnet, it still on order and every time when I asked about it the technician told me its already ordered and well receive it soon!!!!!!! For transferring the lease the responsible employee was on vacation and she didnt accept the deadline (15 days from notice)! Why? Nobody replaced her in that period!! They refused transfer the parking (60$)because they want to rent it with new price (160$)to new tenant They are not FAIR people (whole GWL company) just show off!!

I was delivering items to a apartment today as I overheard a conversation between the building management and a older tenant that from what I gathered lived there since 1980s.. I find it upsetting that the management was harassing her to pay more for her unit or move out. These elderly people are vulnerable. Shame on this building for trying to renovict this tenant. I wish I got her name as I hope she stands up for her rights. If this was your elderly parent or grandma how would you feel if the management of her property was threatening her and forcing her to sign a new lease agreement with a crazy % of rental price increases
