Management is negligent, cleanliness is an issue, no ventilation in bathrooms, mold and moisture issues, poor responsiveness to tenant issues (major and minor)

DO NOT MOVE HERE. No maintenance in sight and if you have any issues in your apartment they will ignore your emails and calls and you will have to deal with your problems on your own. For example there is a loud pump downstairs and I have been hearing it for over a year in my apartment. It doesnt allow me to sleep its so bad. M It takes gwlra a minimum of 2 weeks before they do anything about the issue and that Is because I call and email EVERY DAY. its exhausting and has become my full time job. They fix the issue for one week then the noise comes back and the same cycle returns where I need to call every day for 2-3 weeks before I hear from anyone. In the meantime I must sleep at friends houses because the sound is so bad I get migraines from being here. Do yourself a favour and do NOT move into this building if youre looking for a normal quality of life !

Thanks Evangelos, for showing the apartment at 9pm after hours. Even so the 2 bedroom are over my budget. The customer service was amazing.
