        The Janitor is a mad woman who will always try to threaten you to extract more money. Asked me $200(for hot water) when my parents were visiting me. Took the last month deposit and before the lease was coming to an end, asked us to show the proof of payment. Took $20 for the keys and never gave it back while returning the keys. Many apartments in the building have bedbugs. Manager is extremely racist. Avoid if possible.
