I am an international student and I am living with my family in this building since the beginning of this year. We are happy to be here despite the current situation with the pandemic year. So far, we have everything we need, our pets are allowed, we have La Fontaine Park in front of us, bus stop, grocery and convenience stores just in walking distance. The building manager is always open to listen any request and to give a prompt solution. Indeed, nothing is completely perfect, there are some things that could be improved but in general terms we are comfortable to have all that we need to have a pleasant stay here in Montreal.

Par contre, le btiment devient trs vieux (les fers bton du balcon sont apparents et rongs par la rouille, il y avait de grosses infiltrations d'eau dans la chambre, l'isolation est refaire...), et rien n'est fait pour rparer tout a. Aprs 2 ans rclamer constamment la rparation des infiltrations, nous avons abandonn et dmnag.

Deserves **** -5 **** . Rennovation of 1 appartment needs more than 6 months while buildings are finished within 1 year. Workers do not respect working hours they start using the drill before 7 a.m. and if not the drill they definitely start preparing while making noise. We communicated with the management which is poor by the way they asked us to take a video with the watch next to it as a proof (as if I cannot do this anytime during the day) ehoch means they don't care and they want us to control these issues. They decided to change the elevators and kept us on 1 elevator for 4 months at least and there are 120 appartments in the building. Now 1 of the elevators is not properly functionning since 1 month and still they don't care... And many more issues...
