In the center of Montreal, close to the subway. The apartments are well equipped with wifi and also access to a gym, pool and bbq (coming soon). Great team who are really helpful. A special thanks to Antonella for assisting me during all the process, made my moving here easier.

It was the smoothest and easiest transition moving to this apartment, the staff are the most professional and helpful team. Absolutely would recommend the building definitely worth it moving from the US this is one of the easiest and best decision ever

I was looking for a nice place Dtown desperately for a few months until I came by the new building Serra, the second I saw the project and all the features I contacted the information number. They assisted me right away and gave me an appointment the same day. Antonella Morina was the agent that helped me through all the details and made my journey as easy as possible. Definitely ask for her if youre looking for an exceptional service.

As our first home in Canada and in the center of Montreal, serra building offer a great location and great amenities for anyone that likes to live at a walking distance from all Montreal excitements yet in a quiet place. The support and follow up from the management are exceptionally good.
