Port Lincoln

It has been a year that I have been living in this building then I noticed someone was in my apartment when I wasnt home and also my passport was stolen but when I asked them to check the cameras the only answer I received was that the cameras were not working that time. Also the are a lot of construction inside the building that starts at 7am. I do not recommend to rent an apartment in this building.

Roaches everywhere! rude management freezing in winter!

Only good thing about this place is cheap rent and location. The place has been crawling with cockroaches for over a year now. At this point, the building is completely infested and probably needs to be evacuated to be properly treated. Management is nice enough but lazy and won't do any real fixing. The place is disgusting and has water damage. It's a miracle it's still standing.

I was in several buildings, this one was the worst from all aspects.
