Tenant of 10+ years. The recent admin is extremely incompetent. The owners (recent and previous) keep the construction projects going causing excessive noise, disturbance and crazy amount of dust only to get a fat cheque back from the feds & the province when the tax season comes. They keep making a nice building worse instead of addressing the real issues such as a dirty parking with no place or equipment to wash your car properly. EDIT: P.S. Wondering why most of the 5 star reviews all have Italian nameshmmm

The new Minto staff is excellent! Very responsive and always ready to help. We already see a lot of improvements since they are here.
