Lived there for one year. Today I contacted the building office for a proof of residency letter. The lady on the phone was very friendly and approachable and I received it ten minutes later. I have to say that they are very efficient and for that reason, they deserve five stars.

Run away! Old bad building, and worse administrators! They ask you for Two-month rent as deposit which is ILLEGAL in Qubec! They may say that after the deposit you dont have to pay for the first and last months rent, but they will still ask you for the last month rent and threaten you! Do not give them that money! Find law support if they violate your right!

Horrible. Water outages almost weekly, the wait for the elevator is around 10 mins (this is IF all elevators are working because usually theres always one broken), packages get stolen ALL THE TIME, the backdoor rarely ever works and random bursts of fire alarms due to a malfunction. There are tons of other apartment options nearby for similar prices and better conditions so choose carefully.
