In July, I will be moving to Le Art. Throughout the process, Ashley, the leasing agent, has been incredibly professional. During my two visits, she took the time to show me the available units and answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. I had to do a lease transfer and Ashley and Imitiaz were so patient, knowledgeable and was part of the process every single step; I could not have asked for better care. Ashley made the whole transfer process so smooth and great, I will be forever grateful! Thank you!

I recommend Le Art 100%. It is truly a peaceful place to live. The location is awesome, located downtown between both green and orange subway lines. (Guy Concardia and Lucien L'Allier). Everything is pretty close by walking distance which is very convenient : Groceries store, Centre bell, Sainte Catherine street, Centre Eaton. I would like to deeply thank the leasing agent Ashley Ramdass which worked really hard to help me get the appartment. She is a wonderful person, very kind, so efficient and committed in her daily work. I recommend her service, you wouldn't be disappointed. PS: I did not ranked 5 stars because you can find better facility services dowtown. The gym is a bit small, the pool is only available during summer times as it is outside on the rooftop. There is no receptionist at the lobby. Other than that this is a great place to stay.
