La direction ainsi que le personnel de maintenance et d'entretien ragissent trs rapidement nos demandes. Le chauffage et l'eau chaude sont inclus dans le loyer ! Aucun problme avec les deux, au contraire ! L'lectricit est 15$ par mois, ce qui est presque rien. Quand j'ai pris possession de l'appartement, ce dernier avait t repeint et les lectromnagers inclus (frigo et four) avaient t changs ! J'ai mme accs une salle de sport (quand la COVID permet d'y accder !) Pour un appartement en plein centre-ville et ce prix, il est trs bien et offre toutes les commodits ncessaires et attendues pour un btiment comme celui-l !
