Living at 2021 Atwater , for the past 13 months - my experience has been nothing short of completely & thoroughly, comfortable & wonderfully satisfying ! Highlighting the prompt attention given to all aspects of building maintainance, to the very welcoming & courteous staff throughout ... the 24 hour security - as well as the additional benefit of enjoying a sauna , swim or gym session - all at my convenience, is absolutely an exceptional treat ! I tip my hat to all & each administrative , floor staff & maintainance member , for all their excellent dedication towards achieving their very best ! A " hotel " atmosphere, in the heart & heartbeat of beautiful & bustling downtown Montreal .... now reallyyy .... who wouldn't love to call this place "home "!!

Please please dont move here. Horribly mismanaged building the staff are off their rocker. Old people, out of touch. They hire people who are at the periphery of society. No logic. They think their job is purely managing a physical building rather than accounting for the tenants living inside. PLEASE dont move here. "Looks like hotel" feedback I saw in other reviews is true, I hear that from from friends but that's the problem. It's just appearances. Everything else is rotten.
