There are constant problems with water leaking from the snow on the rooftop - usually happens during Fall and Spring - and ants. I barely see both elevators work, but either only one of them works, and during the covid-19 time, you have to wait for the ridiculously wrong time. The building is too old so I can sometimes hear what the neighbour is saying on the phone. When there is a problem, it takes less than 3 days to be fixed by the janitor - which is at least not too bad - except for the water leaking problem which will take forever. I don't highly recommend this building, but the only good thing about this apartment is the price of the rent. Be aware that rent price goes always go up every year but sometimes, management is kind enough to deduct some increased prices.

I do not recommend to lease any apartment in this building with awful manager and services. Pay rent with a lots problems and stresses. 14th floor leak roof every winter and spriing. This building has bed bugs and cockroaches.
