Was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, lack of heating and the terrible bad customer service. Firstly, the room was extremely cold and there was no heating in the room. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the thermostat and contacting help through the app, the temperature did not improve and I had to sleep in full clothes. Extremely uncomfortable and not what I expected from a hotel that advertises a high level of comfort. Additionally, the room was not clean upon arrival. The bed was not properly sanitized, we found hair on the bed from the previous people there. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of heating and cleanliness in the room was unacceptable and I am disappointed that my stay was not up to the standards that I expected from Sonder.
