De plus, les appartements sont trs propres, un peu vieux mais tout de mme rnovs tranquillement. Ce que j'aime particulirement de cet immeuble ce sont les voisins hyper chaleureux, calme et de trs bonne compagnie. Cependant le seul dfaut est que les couloirs sont terriblement chauds en t comme en hiver sans oublier qu'ici vous allez dcouvrir les ascenseurs parmi les plus lents de Montral. Le quartier o il est situ est assez calme familiale et scuritaire.
