Awful place to live! Capreits management is awful. They try everything to save money and dont care about the quality of buildings! New managements not any better! Dirty hallways, lobbies and awful waste management! They only try to raise rent and take money but give lowest possible service in return.

Unfortunately I used to live here and I kept getting death threats from a crazy lady who lived in the building who was known to police. I told the people at the rental office about the situation but they didn't seem to care. One night the crazy lady's boyfriend (who also lives in the building) showed up to my apartment in the middle of the night. When I opened the door he punched me in the face and I had a bloody nose. Capreit obviously doesn't care about the safety of their tenants. They only care about increasing the rent. God forbid something breaks in your apartment you practically have to get on your hands and knees and beg them to fix it. Worst landlord I've ever dealt with by far. Do not give them your money!

Awful! Full of Cockroaches. Home of junkies and homeless people. Full of thieves. Packages keep getting stolen alongside other stuff. Not safe at all and dirty!!
