Horrible for the life of u do not rent I am having so many problems my number has been blocked from all of them how am I suppose to get my INCOME TAX RENT RECEIPTS, MY HYDRO IS BEING TAPPED ive been paying over 500$ for 1 person for two months top floor barely any use of electricity, theres cracks starting in my appartment too over my bed... they act all nice and kind then block you. The hallways in building are filthy. They dont even have the key to get to check where the meters/box are in the basement. So unprofessional. DO NOT RENT

Gorgeous building - beautiful apartments. Good value - my daughter is renting her first apartment here and the security and extra amenities like utilities and air filtration allows me to be secure knowing that she will be safe living there. The coordination for move in day was super as well. The owner himself helping with the plan and coordinating the elevator for our use! A real joy to interact with. I am a bit jealous of my daughter :)

Je dconseille de faire affaire avec eux, aucun soutien la clientle, aucun besoins des locataires rpondu, j'ai des dgts d'eau, des portes briser et plancher en mauvais tat et aucune rparation de leur part. Je l'ai appel et on me dit toujours qu'ils vont bientt venir et j'attends encore depuis presque 1 an... J'ai hte de finir mon bail avec eux.. Trs mauvais service et entretien de leurs blocs... I called them and they keep telling me they are coming soon and I have been waiting for almost 1 year yet... I can't wait to finish my lease with them..
