I have just moved to Le Mistral and although moving is always cumbersome thanks to Olivia Gatti the process has been really easy. Olivia has been very friendly and helpful with the visit and the application process showing real commitment to make my move easier.

The apartments and the building are quite good. But the management is absolute disaster. Emails are ignored, callbacks are ignored, it takes 3 days to get through the waiting on the call and then nothing gets done anyway. If you have any inquiry whatsoever, it takes months to resolve, even if it is nothing but a question. I even thought that perhaps it is due to some language prejudice, but emails and calls in french are just as ineffective. I hate having to be combative and pour my frustration out on some employee, but then there seems to be no other way to get any reaction out of them. Incredibly, this good looking place so far has been the worst renting experience that I've ever had.
