I moved to this apartment 7 month ago! Used to be nice building until cockroaches showed up!! office sent the team for spraying twice but after 3 weeks they came back again! And now they lay eggs and my apartment is full of young cockroaches! At least I see 10 of them every day! Just 3 weeks after the last spraying! And imagine they are small now and they grow fast!!!I requested urgent service 3 times in the last few days and still, nothing happened! Although I know even with spraying we won't get rid of them! As they move between units and they should do spraying for all units at the same time which they won't!!!

I have lived here for a few years now. The only reason I stay is due to the convenience of having the metro across the road and amenities around the area. First off the administration of this building is non existent. They do not care nor address your concerns. I refuse to renew my lease at the price they have purposed and how I was treated by them was unbelievable. If I could post the email I would because I have never been treated so rudely. Second the building has issues with roaches. Sadly not everyone will say they have a problem so they just remain. The only way to get rid of this infestation is to evacuate the building and treat every unit here. Third and my biggest issue here is for months I have been trying to reach out to the administration about my neighbours that smoke in their non smoking apartment. The second hand smoke comes into my apartment as the ventilation here is horrible and my apartment smells like an ashtray I never get any response when I text nor do I get any reply from emails. Its disgusting and not to mention how it smells in the hall ways. You can also smell everyones food. When I first moved in it seemed like a great building that has fallen apart and is neglected. I will say that the units are beautiful. Just be careful which unit you rent. I rented one that was lower and on the back alley way every day all I hear is garbage trucks faithfully at 7am. To be able to sleep I had to get an industrial fan to block out the noise. My advice is look somewhere else. For the price you pay here you can get so much better without the problems and have landlord that care for their property and the tenants in them. Now maybe Ill get a response from the administration as they seem to be more active here than returning emails

This building is really nice. However, the admin is seriously making me crazy. I moved to this building 1st of Sep and still my info is not in their records and therefore i dont have an account in their portal. As a result, i dont receive any of their emails, and i cannot report problems i have with my unit. My name and apt is not even in the intercom system!!! They say it is IT problem and we will fix it but they never fix it!! Its been three months!!! I have called them again and again over the last 3 months and they used to say we will fix it but they didnt. And now they dont even answer the calls or emails! They dont care about my problem at all!! I have seen two cockroaches so far and i want to report it to them through their portal but i cant because my account is not working! And they dont even answer their emergency phone number! Also the ventilation in this building is one the worst! You smell everyones food in your unit this is something that everyone is complaining about!

ignores tenant noise complaints. It's been more than a month, I can't sleep because neighbors noise , I have emailed them many times and there is 0 response. They don't care about their tenant's noise complaints or city's noise violation.

Horrible, went one night to clean an apartment just before moving in and 2 huge cockroaches came out of the kitchen sink, the administration pretends to care about this issue saying they would send pest control but they did not come in the next couple of days! I was still there in the morning cleaning and very early around 7 you could hear very loud construction noises coming from another unit. Ended up not signing the lease but they would not refund the entire 500$ deposit. RUN!
