The worst landlords ever. Will literally try and get as much money from you as they can. The place I was renting from them had construction in the bathroom while I was renting (due to a leak beneath us that was not even nearly our fault, mid July to August, so no bathroom or shower for a month in the middle of summer) and getting them to give us decent arrangement was nearly impossible - they did not offer any other place for us to shower until we severely insisted, took over two weeks and they simply did not care. This is only one of many other problems we had while living there. Honestly, they are simply crooks - I now avoid all of their businesses. You should all do the same!
