I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the lady in customer service . The lady I spoke with was screaming at me during the call. Her tone was incredibly aggressive and unprofessional, and she showed no empathy or concern for my issue. When I tried to clarify things, she abruptly ended the call on my face. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone who is supposed to be providing customer service. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and would not recommend this company to anyone as long as this kind of behavior is tolerated Service: Exhaust

Excellent Service!!!!! If you are looking for a body shop look no further all of montreal needs to come here !!!! We need to support our local businesses. U will be Completely Satisfied! These guys are honest !!! ( such important factor especially being a woman when it comes to car repairs) of course prior I went with body shop my insurance suggested for previous repair...Big Mistake !!!!!! completely taken advantage of. disgusting...and your insurance is in on it. Word of advice if U need auto body work on your car go with these guys Jacob & Jacob ! U will not be disappointed !!!. These guys are amazing!!! great costumer service...fair pricing...quick delivery ..and amazing job.. my car looks brand new. Thank U
