Very pathetic service, always short staff and the most important thing is this branch close their ATM also after 6:00 pm. What if someone need money in emergency? When asked the representative they said because homless person sleeps inside near the ATM machine area thats why we have to close the ATM area too seriously ? Because of some homeless person we all have to suffer why dont you guys keep a night time security guard so that he can make sure nobody sleeps inside. ATM services closes at 6:00 pm on most of the days and as being a worker finishes my job around 5:30 to 6:00 pm so when i go to bank everything is closed. We cant wait all the time for THURSDAY and FRIDAY when it is open till 8:00 pm. Very disappointed .Thinking of closing all my accounts at this branch.

Very poor service, don't ever go to this branch and get appointment..they are just there to waste your time. I had an appointment with Ms sayema a month ago for things regarding my account it was supposed to be done on the same day as she said ..its been a month now Nothing has been done and she is not even answering my mails or voice messages I have left to her extension .. anyway this branch really needs to improve their service, very disappointing.
