The banking agents here are very kind, but this is literally the worst bank Ive ever banked with. The banking products themselves suck I have never got the app to work, SMS verification does not work (I have never received a code, only works with email), I have to do a security check every time I sign on even after saying trust this device. The worst part is that unlike every other bank Ive ever used, my funds are held randomly for up to 7 days. Like other debit card offerings, you will be charged for making too many transactions a month (not at CIBC!). Truly just a horrible banking product. Go to any of the other banks there are 2 others on the corners of this intersection.
