The worst branch and manager. The bank didn't send me my credit card for 2 months (which is their mistake, it should be sent in 7 business days), so I called the customer service to ask if I will be charged extra when I use my debit card instead. The customer service said it's okay, so I continued to use it. At the end of 2 months, I've been charged around 500 dollars by the bank. When I came to the branch to ask for reimbursement, they said they are not related to the customer service and they cannot reimburse me. The manager was extremely condescending. I don't understand how a branch of SCOTIA BANK is not related to the customer service of SCOTIA BANK. When I went to another branch though, they said they would reimburse me if they were my main branch. So just go open your account in another one so you don't need to deal with the annoying manager.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! I've been waiting for my credit card for two months!! I have been so patient but nobody has been able to solve my problem, either in the branch or call center and I am so tired of this situation. It is very difficult to contact the call center (the system doesn't work well and the waiting time is very long) and the bank employees don't care about my situation I definitely do not recommend this bank. Better look for other options.
