I still had to go to a branch to redo a second card. I was told on the spot that the first employee had sent nothing at all, however the employee during my second visit seemed much more competent and redid the procedure to me, but in the right way. He then told me that I would have news no later than December 20, December 21 still without news, I call customer service who tell me to put ours on file to relaunch the department in charge. It's now over a month later and I still haven't had a refund issued. I have worked for years in customer service for a company and I would be more than ashamed to offer such poor service to my customers. (Original) Je suis extrmement du par la qualit du service. Jai d me prsenter deux fois en succursale pour des transactions frauduleuses port mon compte. La premire fois on minforme quune requte a t envoy et on me refais une nouvelle carte. Aprs ma visite jai constat que dautres transactions taient passes sur ma carte. Jai encore du me prsenter en succursale refaire une deuxime carte. On mapprends sur place que la premire employe navait rien envoy du tout par contre lemploye lors de ma deuxime visite semblait beaucoup plus comptent ma refait la procdure mais de la bonne faon. Il ma ensuite affirm que jaurais des nouvelles au plus tard le 20 dcembre, le 21 decembre toujours sans nouvelles, jappelle au service a la clientle qui me dis mettre une notre au dossier pour relancer le dpartement en charge. Nous sommes maintenant plus dun mois plus tard et je nai toujours eu aucun remboursement effectu. Je travaille depuis des annes au service la clientle dune compagnie et jaurais plus que honte doffrir un aussi maivais service mes clients
