        owner is argumentative and unprofessional. the salon looks dirty and unprofessional. staff looks like they all just rolled out of bed. you expect the person who is about to do your hair to at least take care of their own hair.. extensions falling out all kinds- it's not really reassuring. you have an appointment at a specific time but you'll only actually sit in the chair an hour and a half later. staff shows up whenever they want - owner is doing 3 people at the same time not paying attention.
