Very poor return policy. We were given a jacket as a gift. Brought it back (new and unused with tags) to exchange for a different color and were told that we couldnt exchange it. Dont buy gifts from this store.

Ordered from their current sale. Two orders consisting of 25 items, first order arrived of 4 items with a strong odour of mold and mildew. Opened the packages and they all smelled strongly of mold. Second order arrives of the remaining 22 items and they all smell of mold and mildew as well, my whole living room reeked. So this is why they are on sale, emailed customer service and they tell me their clothes are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse and it is the dye process I am smelling, well in my 43 years of living on this earth I am certain I know what the smell of mold smells like, very disappointed seeing as this is a childrens clothing company that claims their Mission is to provide quality and safe clothing. In this day in age where the choices are endless in terms of where to shop I am surprised how dismissive they are of their customer base, also took 10 days from day of order to receive the order, ordered from Patagonia a day ago and the order is set to arrive today.

Embarrassing customer service. I placed an order. 3 weeks later they said it's ready for pickup in store. We show up and they say they don't have it. They say to cancel call customer service. We call, the customer service says they can't cancel. We call the store, they say they have it we have to come pick up. I ask to cancel, they keep saying call tomorrow. NEVER again will I purchase from this store.
