Order a Hot chocolate with whip cream and charge .70$ ok and I got a carrot muffin which is dry and old. Btw its 9:30am. Normally in the morning its supposed to be fresh. 10$ for 2 items, I dont think I will be coming back. The service is slow, a husband and wife manage the cash and order.

I am really disappointed in the service I have gotten today. I have been going there for over a year and wont be going anymore. I have always been getting coffee there and everything was fine. One morning I thought: why not get a smoothie? DONT. The first smoothie I got tasted good but was very liquidy with a lot of chonks. I didnt say anything, I was already at school by then. Mind you those smoothies costs like 7$. A week later, I wanted to give them a second chance a get another smoothie. I got the blue smoothie, it tasted AWFUL and the consistency was wrong again. So I asked them, if I could get another kind of smoothie or a refund. They said it was my mistake. I am very saddened to write this review as I wont be coming back anymore. The staff was really kind up until I asked for a refund. + their sandwiches are really dry so I dont recommend this place. Its too expensive for what they serve. Save your money.

Used to go here semi-regularly, but never again. My girlfriend and I ordered the eggnog lattes for my birthday, and they came tasting extremely burnt. After a few sips we went to the counter and explained the situation very politely and apologetically, and the baristas both immediately started arguing with us, saying "it's because there are two espresso shots" "it's because it's eggnog, it always tastes like that." I have ordered this drink many times before and it's always been good, but this time it was undrinkable. I had expected it to be redone. Not the quality of service I expect from cafes.
