Tim Hortons

Regularly makes mistakes or don't follow your requests. They often don't have items that are listed on their menu. They close really early. It is stated 22h (10pm) but I never saw them opened after 21h. This Tim Horton is next to an hospital... where people work 24/7. Why would it not be open longer? The picture added was taken at 19h40. They are closed althought it is stated to be open until 22h.

If I could put - 10 stars I would do it must be the worst Tim Hortons in Montreal (maybe Quebec) never any tim bits donuts no coffee no cream available every day always a line up can you hire staff poor girl working there doing everything avoid at any cost and dont tell me my response is important do something about it fast

The only reason why I go here sometimes is because its close to my job. I regret it every time. The service is terrible, it takes forever to get anything and they are always out of items. Most of the time they tell you it will be 15-20 minutes for a simple sandwich for no reason at all. The communication is also difficult with the staff. All in all its a very subpar Tim hortins. Avoid if you can

I went to ask for a french vanilla and they dont have and i think thats not possible the attendant is also very rude and not at all customer friendly. And the croissant also looks very bad like leftovers from previous day . Totally not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst places you could go order food It's next to a hospital and it'll have to have More employees to serve people They told me that they cannot make sandwiches because they don't have enough staff Very bad service will never go back there again
