We were at Tom Hortons today at 4:30 p.m. and were served by a very incompetent woman, a chai latte with coffee? like for real??? the most disgusting chai latte ever drunk in my life ended up straight in the trash (I didn't even want to give it to my dog) next time let me do it, I'll come behind the counter to make my own chai latte... If a manager sees this, teach your employees to make the drinks they are asked for, we will no longer come to your home like every day before.

First of all, theres a bunch of garbage laying around the space. Secondly, the staff only serves deliver orders first so youll be stuck there waiting 20 minutes just cause some guy ordered on Uber. Lastly, they will never get your order right. Never go to this timmies, Im surprised theyre not out of business yet. In addition, the staff is so slow and has no ability to multitask, so while youre waiting an exorbitant amount of time for a simple bagel BLT, they walk around super slowly clearly not caring about their image or customers. Never come to this timmies, you will regret spending a dime on them. Absolute garbage

Made a mobile order. Arrived to the store and items were not available (normally the app should prevent you from ordering items that are not available but i imagine the store doesn't update this). Requested a refund and the representative told me I had to do it online (unusual but gave them benefit of the doubt). Left the store and contacted online support. Online support said refunds are processed in-store (consistent with the policy online). Went back to store and requested refund again. Argued for 10 mins with the manager who made every excuse possible to try to convince me that they weren't able to process refunds for mobile orders. After waiting for 20 mins and wasting about 1 hour going back and forth, they decided to finally refund me. Getting a refund for food i didnt receive should be fairly simple, but it seems like they try to get away with not refunding customers to keep the money. Concerning business practices.
