        Very dirty, you have to clean your own table before you sit down , last time I come 1 years ago never come back because its dirty, I thought they will change..never

        Request Trio BLT with mocha. Bad bagel handed over with ONLY ONE strip of bacon. No palate, even when I specified that I had requested the trio (confirmed 3 times with the order and no initiative or desire to correct the order). Service in English, even if I speak French (no effort to speak in French). There was no rush hour line at a Tim Horton's. This should have rung alarm bells. Timmy avoided!!!

        Terrible service every time we go there. Our offices are opposite and we go elsewhere for our orders. I already called 30 minutes before, to order and the person left the phone somewhere and forgot to take my order, I waited a long time before finally hanging up and going elsewhere again. Disappointing.
