Staff was preoccupied inattentive.. Bathroom was abysmal- toilet seat nearly completely off, soap dispenser, towel dispenser and toilet paper dispenser broken or empty. Staff overfilled coffee -no room for milk. Spilt Coffee was tasty, hit the spot. Patio great. One week later- Attentive, friendly staff. Coffee not over filled. Offered me a cup tray, and little stoppers so I could walk to my seat without spilling. Patio, good, coffee great. I change it to 4 stars.

Have been here a few times. The experience has been underwhelming mostly. Even overlooked flies in their muffins and cake slices. Asked for decaf today and it was un palatable. Left without drinking much.

My buddy used to own this place years ago. I spent many a Saturday here hanging out and loved the place. My buddy sold his shares and left in 2016. Needless to say, it went downhill not long after. I visited last summer and was appalled at the service and general uncleanliness of the place. Litter left on tables, dirty floors, horrid condition of bathrooms. Even the coffee was meh. I stopped in this past Sunday and was happy with what I saw: improved service, cleaner premises, and better atmosphere. New management has taken over since January. To them, I say keep up the good work.

Great service and decent ambiance for a chain coffee shop but is almost never clean.
