Cest des arnaqueurs! Je suis intress pour louer un appartement. Jai contact pour une visite (sa pris presque 2 semaines avant davoir un retour dappel). Une fois la visite termin, je dis clairement que je suis intress et que jai besoin de lappartement le plus tt que possible. Pas de problme, car dici quelques semaines les anciens locataires dmnagement. La soire mme de la visite avec Mme Grenier, jai envoy un virement interact de 180$, car ils mont dit cest pour vrifier mon crdit et que cest remboursable a la signature du bail. (Encore une fois, aucun problme jai effectu le virement directement quelques heures aprs la visite) Une fois quils ont encaiss mon virement, jattends jattend jattends jattend aucune nouvelle. Pourtant jenvoie des messages, des appels, emails, messagerie vocal etc. Quand ils me rpondent sa prends normment de temps. Ils me texte en texto que le propritaire ne veut pas dsol. et me disent pas pourquoi. Ils prennent mme pas le temps de me dire pourquoi. Moi qui tais mme prs a donner des mois de dpt garantie et jai un bon crdit. De plus mme mon pre est endosseurs (il es propritaire dune maison loue Toronto, normalement il ne devrait pas avoir de problme) Cest tu une question de race? Je sais pas. Mais je sens une discrimination et jai toujours pas de rponse. Cette histoire la dure depuis plusieurs semaines et jai pas encore se rponse. Ils me rpondent pas maintenant quils ont leur virement Cest vraiment pas professionnel et jaurais du voir vos avis Google avant je naurais pas faite affaire avec vous.

I contacted the management countless times for 3 different rentals she had available. She made me waste my time to go see them, because she booked visits with me. She never showed up to any of them!!! How does this happen 3 times ?!? i had to call her many times before she answered me and all she said was "dsol dj lou" . On top of that she lied to me saying she sent me text messages, when I have proof of the messages I sent her and never got any reply back!!!! I have even emailed the company and have not received any reply from them. A very unprofessional company
