Meeting Constance was one of those life changing moments in my life. our interview session was suppose to last 20 minutes only and it lasted over 1hour 30 minutes. After she listened to me answer to my interview questions , she informed me that my strengths and skills didn't match the employers needs, instead of her letting me go, she helped coached me on how to align my skills, strengths and values to the job or company that i am seeking a job in .in the past i didnt really care about finding a job that didnt match my strength or values all i cared about was finding a job that could provide me with income to pay my bills and take care of my family I didnt quite understand why i couldn't keep a job but after this session i realized for the first time why i wasn't able to keep my past jobs ...because they all didnt align with my strengths or values . This was a life changing moment for me . Bk didnt have to dedicate her time to help me but she did any way. I found a job that suites my needs and i cant be more happier thank you BK.
