The WORST customer service! This company will grant you a terrible travel experience and if you make a claim or complaint theyll just throw it in the garbage! No follow-ups no call backs no actions after weeks! Each time you call, theyll promise you something but NEVER stick to their word. Theyre defending the hotels and services that they have sold you, even when its a clear and obvious issue that was documented. Bunch of SCAMMERS!

If I could give a zero I would. They are thieves. If anything doesnt go perfectly right with your booking, they will give you the runaround over and over again until they say the file is closed because its been too long, not refunding your money regardless of how much backup you provide to say they said they would. They should not have a license to operate!! If you have had this experience too, submit them to the Better Business Bureau and the credit card companies. They thrive because people have little recourse on what they can do when their hard earned money has been stolen from them by Expedia.

I recently made a car rental reservation through Expedia. The rate quoted through the site was not accurate with the final rate charged. I would not recommend using this website.
