Love at first light!!! Wow, what a gorgeous table, and the flames give off so much heat! We recently purchased the Sunbeam Ceramic Top Fire Table for our chilly BC fall evenings. Just the right size, and it's very sturdy. It was easy to convert to natural gas, and we love it! Outstanding customer service as well. Excellent company to deal with. We did have a few issues, but they were resolved quickly. We couldn't be happier with the prompt, personal service we received. Thank you Jay Trends!

Purchased a Sunbeam Steel Linear Fire Table from Jay Trends at Rona and was so disappointed with their quality control. So many imperfections and bad welding to put product together. We spoke with Liz after sending an email and she took care of the issue immediately. Waiting on new piece to replace damaged top.

I recently purchased a fire table from Costco, and Jay Trends was the supplier. There was a problem with the paint job. I had a number of conversations with Liz at Jay Trends to help rectify the problem, which ultimately required an exchange. We now have a new fire table to replace the damaged one, and the new one is great! But even more than that, and really the reason I'm writing the review, is to share my appreciation for Liz's amazing customer service. Her communication style is excellent (clear, respectful, helpful), she was willing to do whatever was necessary to remedy the situation, and my sense of her customer service and business ethics is that they are stellar! I highly recommend this company.
