Ne partez pas sans le dessert, coup de cur pour lle flottante. Bonne ambiance, lquipe au service est trs agrable et efficace. Nous sommes retourns ce restaurant ce soir car nous y avions dexcellents souvenirs en 2017 et 2018. Malheureusement il y a eu un changement de propritaire et a ne vaut plus la peine, nous avons t trs dus. Nous avons pris en entre les escargots la crme et le foie gras en torchon. Les escargots taient dans un genre de bchamel trs lourd, et le foie gras avait aucun got part le got du gras, ce ntait pas fin du tout. En plat jai pris le cerf, et ma viande est arrive froide dans lassiette, quel dommage quand on commande ce type de pice et quon paye plus de 50$ le plat. Ma femme a pris le tartare de saumon, il tait trs mal coup ce qui fait en sorte que la texture ntait pas agrable du tout, aucun plaisir manger. Malgr notre feed-back auprs de la serveuse (le service tait bon, rien dire), elle est partie en cuisine le mentionner et finalement est revenue pour sexcuser. Aucun geste na t fait, mme pas de proposer doffrir un caf, a ne cote rien et cela aurait t apprci. Nous ny retournerons plus, dommage car ctait une excellente adresse dans le pass !
