The sofa is great after 3 weeks, and price is competitive to other brands. But After-sales policy is quite weak compared to others (return policy/price matching adjustment time frame is shorter). I had a small issue about price adjustment but it comes happily in the end. Overall, Its worth to look over Structube when you want some new furnitures. I will visit again if I need something to decorate my place.

We bought a couch and dining chairs two times from their downtown shop. Staff was polite and delivery was relatively smooth. Their website is also good; easy to navigate, up to date to reflect current shop selection, doesn't lag. However, they gave us the wrong parts for the chairs (the screws were meant for a different model) so when we tried to put the chairs together at home it didn't work. So we had to extra spend time to go back to the shop one more time to get the right parts.
