Updating my previous comment. Maison Corbeil and Verbois went above and beyond my expectations to correct my issue. Very happy to say they have both stood behind their products 110%!! They turned what was initially a negative experience into a very positive one. Thanks Ahmed and Aglae, much appreciated.

We bought 2 couches for our living room. Now after a year the springs are out under the seat cushions, and all cushions (backs and seats) are busted and so uncomfortable. Worst quality ever for an expensive price!!!

The Customer Service at this store does not exist. Last August we received our (glass) table with a crack in it. Delivery team said there was nothing they could do and we had to deal with the store directly. Since then, It has been a frustrating process with their claims department of providing pictures and receipts, back and fourth messages etc with no responsibility from Maison Corbeill. It is too bad because we really like their furniture but probably will not be shopping there again.

Ordered a fridge and paid for them to take back our old fridge, but they wanted 20$ cash to unscrew the door of the fridge. Very sketchy delivery service.
