Theres a Chinese lady working here named Roselle who is completely rude and unprofessional with her customers she has no sense of good customer service at all and she hangs up in your face when you try to talk to her nicely .. what a shame .. I will never again come to this place and I dont suggest anyone else to come either .. there are plenty of other nicer airbnbs around with way better hosts and better service

Walkability: Along St. Jaques, so it's a short bus ride to the Metro.Small market nearby for essentials. Walk ramp over train tracks at end of street will take you up to a great shopping district. Rooms: The bedrooms tidy and cosy ... Sheets clean and comfortable.... The bedrooms are very compact ... The living space is also compact , and very beautifully decorated.. The kitchen is highly technical and beautiful... ! The kitchen utensils are a bit scanty , we needed salad bowls , mixing bowls ... Etc ( This is an advice to the owners ; please add big mixing bowls ) Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities... What works for this place is that the bus stop is just across the street , literally. With the bus you can then go to the metro station to catch a train to wherever you needed to go. . We actually enjoyed this experience... The bus comes at very short intervals... and so does the trains ! There is no time for you to be stranded without transport.. The owners were very helpful in telling us how to go about .. There are grocery stores within walking distance , where you can also take a bus if you are lazy to walk .. We enjoyed this as well.. Safety: The apartment is very safe ... Or rather we felt safe whilst we were there ... The locking mechanisms are highly technical, and this gives you a sense of security. It is very quiet , and the streets are also very quiet... We walked at night to go get drinks and food at the nearby grocery store without any incident. Walkability: We walked all the time , actually most of the groceries we bought , we walked to the supermarket. You can only walk to the Supermarkets , as I mentioned earlier , there are no places of interest within a walking distance of the apartment. It is just that it was bitterly cold , at times it was minus 4 degrees, with us from SA it was a bitter pill to swallow... But we enjoyed the snow Food & drinks: Well , you buy your own food and drink . Noteworthy details: 1) Place is neat and clean , sheets are clean .. 2) They put shower jels and shampoo in the bathroom.. 3) You get soap to use in the washing machine.. The is a drier as well. 4) Olive oil , coffee beans , salt and sugar , are all provided for .. 5) The guys were very accomodative , assisted us with the TV , Bus times , allowed us early check in and checkout without any extra charges.. 6) Accessibility to public transport very easy... The Downside!!!! 1) No cleaning for the 12nights , if we wanted the apartment clean , it would have been arranged at an extra cost. 2) Take out your own dustbin to the basement , which is tedious when you are an elderly like me ! 3) The TV doesnt have channels
