Horrible experience. I called their receptionist for booking room with them. I couldn't understand what he was asking. He was asking me if I want a room with toilet. As i wasn't expecting that there are rooms without toilet , asked him couple times to repeat as I couldn't understand. He shouted at me and said everyone should know what toilet is. I said I know what toilet is, I just didn't understand . He hang up on me right away . I called him back and he shouted at me back and hang up again. I just couldn't believe people behave like this to customers. We definitely not staying there ever

Mit geschlossenen Fenstern knnten wir die schreiend drogen abhngiger hren die ganze Nacht. Das ist kein party viertel, das hotel bietet keine Sicherheit jeder kann ins hotel rein laufen. Das Frhstck beim Supermarkt wre besser gewesen.
