Rooms: High end expensive hotel with low end service. The room was spacious and it was clean. The Keurig coffee maker did work for our only one cup each provided but the thin paper cups were not made for hot coffee. Even the cheapest hotels have cups you can hold without burning yourself. There was no Splenda or creamer of any kind. I had to ask for it in the lobby and was told to grab it out of a cooler that seemed locked. The clear cover over the cooler snapped back when I released it. When we tried to shower the shampoo pump was empty, the body wash didnt work. The conditioner did work. The lotion pump was also empty. We stayed two nights, big mistake. Our rooms trash cans were not emptied, the floor was not cleaned. The bed was made and clean towels were provided. Someone was sent up to fix the shampoo and lotion pumps but we were told they ran out of body wash and they finally provided bar soap. One of my errors was when I paid for parking with my credit card. This was my mistake and since they were charging me for parking I thought a refund would be a simply request. Upon my first request I was rudely told there was no way that would be possible. The next day I talk to a young lady who was very friendly and sympathetic and indicated she would assist with the refund. When you consider the cost of this hotel, these issues are ridiculous. By the way I am a Hilton member and did get those very valuable two waters when checking in to give us one more thing to carry to our room aside from luggage. Not recommended.
