Le personnel n'a pas nettoy notre chambre une seule fois. Ils ont frapp une fois, j'tais occup et ils ne sont jamais revenus. La rception n'tait pas serviable, me facturant 20 $ pour le petit-djeuner, ils m'ont dit qu'il tait inclus. Quand j'ai dit que je ne savais pas, ils ont dit "c'est seulement 20 dollars, allez!".
