    So disappointed and I wish I could give them negative start. Our fire happen on 12 August 2022 in Kirkland, their first assessment is 2,5 month later with the amount is about 1/2 of the market price to reconstruct our house. Still up to now, 7 months, revised assessment is still far from the market price. Julien Perrotte is unable to handle the case. Desjardins should not hire them, we will escalate the issue with the higher manager.

    Poor Poor service . They hung up on their clients have no respect what so ever . I spoke in English and they hung up right away . Never called back . Please never go for their services and the Operator should be fired as they doge customers who want to do business . Shady business Stay away this is why they only have 2 stars . Je me suis bien renseignee avec l'AMF et je pense faire une plainte. Elle ma fait perdre des semaines ou jaurais eu le droit a une voiture de courtoisie et j'tais super incommode vu que jetais pas vhicule. J'ai pay une tonne de taxis et transport en commun. J'ai dj le stress de l'accident et eux, qui devaient me soutenir un minimum, ont t pas t capables de juste faire les choses comme il faut et au moins commencer traiter le tout.
